**The Role**

**_ PLEASE NOTE: Language fluency in both English and Japanese is required for this position._**

**You Will**
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, using data and insights to inform your strategy
- Build influential relationships with hiring teams to understand hiring needs and team goals
- Be a consultative advisor to the business, leading strategic discussions to build teams holistically
- Partner with the broader recruiting team to build efficient and scalable recruiting processes

**You Have**
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
- Fluency in both English and Japanese
- Experience working with partners at all levels of an organisation
- A solution oriented mindset - you see potential challenges as opportunities to learn and grow
- Experience building sourcing strategies that go beyond LinkedIn Recruiter
- Experience building effective, cohesive teams
