**About the Role**:
Carry out administrative, client assistance, customer service and complaints handling processes plus information handling and processing tasks
Involvement in activities such as mail handling/distribution, accounts payable/receivable, creation of documents and spread sheets, electronic presentations, storage and retrieving of electronic information, document and records management
Liaise with people at all levels, internally and externally and provide excellent customer service
New starter orientations and administration
Source young people to attend Job Ready Programs and work to arrange work placements with a potential employer.
Utilising traditional and contemporary recruitment practices such as advertising on job boards, social media channels, providing a pipeline of talent to the Recruitment team.

Ability to work independently as well as within a team
Positive attitude with an eagerness to learn and follow instruction
Punctual, reliable, and consistent
A passion for business
Valid driver’s licence and working with children check preferable
