Recruitment Business Manager

We are working with a leading Recruitment business to secure a Business Manager for their Melbourne operations.
This is your opportunity to join a progressive and growing national business, with a strong hold across Labour Hire & Blue Collar recruitment, including industry sectors such as Manufacturing, Logistics & Construction.
As a passionate champion of change, you will be motivated to develop the business as your own, coaching and mentoring the team to step into their own career growth.
Key Responsibilities
As the Business Manager you will be responsible for;
- Managing all branch operations including financials, service delivery and team management
- Building and developing client relationships across all industry sectors
- Ensure recruitment activities are operating under compliance and safety requirements
- Coaching and mentoring the team to ensure their own individual success
- Continual review and management of branch profitability, providing reports to the greater leadership team
Your Experience
To be successful within this position, you will bring your passion for the recruitment industry along with,
- Demonstrated experience in a Leadership capacity
- Passion for Business Development and creating new opportunities
- Ideally experience across Manufacturing, Logistics and Construction recruitment, predominately labour hire.
- Strong communication skills, clear and concise direction
- Ability to lead from the front and provide support to your team
