About the Role

This exciting new role will see you play a key part in assisting our business development efforts by coordinating
tenders, compliance, and client engagement activities
, while also assisting with the planning and delivery of
events and campaigns
. It's a varied position that combines strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders across the business.

Your responsibilities include:

o Business Development focus:

  • Prepare and manage EOIs, tenders and capability statements, ensuring compliance with client requirements.
  • Maintain and manage prequalification panels, registrations and WHS documents through various portals.
  • Research and compile data on clients, competitors and market opportunities to support strategic decision-making.
  • Distribute tender opportunities and assist in preparing claims and submissions via online platforms.
  • Maintain and coordinate the company's marketing materials and ensure consistent branding across all proposals and communications.
  • Maintain a database of project summaries, case studies and capability statements for tender submissions.

o Events and campaign focus:

  • Assist in planning, organising and coordinating company events, campaigns and client presentations.
  • Assist with ad hoc administration as required from shared services' teams.

About You

  • Highly organised with strong project management skills, able to juggle
    multiple deadlines across tenders, events and marketing activities
    .
  • Meticulous attention to detail, especially when preparing documents, proposals or event logistics.
  • Familiar with
    tender portals, compliance processes and document preparation
    (or eager to learn).
  • Confident using MS Office and other relevant platforms (e.g., CRM systems, tender submission portals or marketing tools).
  • Clear and professional communicator, with excellent written and verbal skills.
  • Background in
    marketing, business administration or events coordination
    is valued; prior experience in tender or proposal preparation will be highly regarded.
  • A proactive team player who enjoys working collaboratively and takes initiative to get things done.
