An exciting opportunity exists within our ISO-accredited company for an experienced Administrative Officer All Rounder of a most competitive nature to join our enthusiastic and passionate team on a full-time or four-day week.

To be successful in this role, it is imperative that you are outgoing, an excellent communicator, highly motivated, and extremely organised, with the ability to manage multiple tasks. You will be proactive and dedicated to working independently and as part of our team.

**Position Prerequisites**:
Prerequisites for this diverse role are:

- Experience in a similar role
- Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office
- Excellent time management skills and high attention to detail
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Great customer service and telephone manner

**Role and responsibilities**:

- Placing, tracking and checking domestic and overseas purchase orders, order confirmations and invoices.
- Accounts payable and receivables
- Bank reconciliations
- General Ledger maintenance
- Customer service
- Ad hoc administrative duties as required.

**_To be successful in this role, you will ideally have;_**
- 2+ years in a similar role
- A positive "can do" attitude
- Importing experience is desirable
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Great attention to detail
- Computer literacy in Microsoft programs
- A professional appearance
- Demonstrated MYOB experience is desirable

- Administration: 1 year (preferred)
