We are looking for an Administration superstar

We are looking for an enthusiastic, hands-on individual who thrives on a challenge to join our administration team.

As a Trainee, you will complete a Certificate 3 or Certificate 4 in Business over 12 months with in house training (and be paid for it) whilst gaining valuable hands-on industry experience in a supportive team environment.

**Your duties will include, but not be limited to;**
- Processing sales and purchase orders
- Liaising with freight companies
- Assisting with quotes
- Assisting with marketing and company presentations.
- Assisting organising of trade fairs and events.
- Assist with account receivables.
- General day to day administration duties.

**Skills and Experience**
- Good attention to detail
- Good time management and organisation skills
- Basic Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook
- Excellent phone manner
- Good organisational skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Go-getter attitude
- Eager to learn
- Would suit a recent school leaver

**HOW TO APPLY**

Pay: $35,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
