In the role of Manager (Organisational Change), you will support the Director (Digital & Business Transformation) to deliver responsive products and services, elevating CSB's brand and achieving departmental business priorities and strategic objectives.
You will manage the delivery of sustainable business and digital change initiatives for the CSB by employing contemporary agile methodologies.
Your experience in Organisational Change will ensure the Digital and Business Transformation program is strategically positioned, planned, communicated and successfully managed.
Through your role, you will enable CSB to unlock new ways of working, allowing the Branch to deliver the business of tomorrow, improve employee experience, and enhance service delivery by modernising the way we do business.
**Accountabilities include**: - As an experienced change practitioner, work extensively with stakeholders to support iterative and continuous improvement models for change and work with process / function owners, CSB managers and key stakeholders to ensure organisational change readiness and acceptance. You will empower your staff and cross functional teams to ensure clearly defined objectives, risks / issues are adequately identified, and impact of change is mitigated including consideration of impacts on CSB staff, service delivery for customers and technology life-cycle implications. - Develop the overarching change and communication strategy for the Digital and Transformation function including the development and implementation of a benefits realisation approach for transformation initiatives to ensure that benefits of change can be quantified and that the definitions of done and success is defined and delivered. - You will be responsible for ensuring that identified benefits for transformation initiatives can be confirmed by establishing baseline measures and metrics which is monitored throughout the change lifecycle and post implementation. Monitor and report on the effectiveness and change implementation metrics including business readiness targets, business engagement activity, training design and deployment activities. - The Manager (Organisational Change) will provide concise advice to the CSB leadership team on the Digital and Business Transformation Change Management Program approach and progress. You will lead by example in owning key pieces of transformation initiatives working with the Subject Matter Experts cross functional teams to assess, analyse, develop, document and implement business and digital changes. For initiatives which you are leading, you will ensure delivery is according to an appropriate time, to an appropriate level of quality and within an agreed budget. - Initiate, influence and maintain relationships with and between key internal and external stakeholders, facilitate effective communication channels to promote the successful adoption of change within the business, and foster relationships through lessons learned, feedback mechanisms and management of expectations. - Responsible for leading the CSB change leadership capability uplift, by facilitating opportunities for learning and considering future skills required to deliver change programs to allow for increased capability and agility in the organisation. - Manage capability and develop resources by leading and mentoring multi-disciplinary project team(s), to ensure process awareness, compliance and efficiently with a focus on the delivery of key performance indicators using visual management reports and dashboards.
