The Role

Our Bentley site is where we manufacture and distribute a range of milk and milk-based products, made with fresh milk sourced direct from over 30 farms in the Albany, Harvey and Northcliffe regions of south-western WA. The site currently manufactures in excess of 70 million litres a year including the state's number one flavoured milk product - Masters

We're looking for a motivated and experienced Team Manager – Manufacturing to join our dynamic team and play a key role in delivering high-quality products while fostering a culture of safety, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

The incumbent is expected to work some alternative Friday & weekends, no Sunday. The shift details are below:

• Day Shift: 5.30AM - 3PM

• Afternoon Shift: 2.30PM - midnight

Responsibilities

• Supervising & directing team members to achieve results and deliver KPI

• Monitor established performance indicators, including variance reports, production reports, quality reports, and injury reports

• Ensure compliance with safety rules and regulations to minimize industrial injuries and meet regulatory requirements.

• Driving continuous improvement, executing broad plan activities, embedding standard work, and eliminating waste management

• Contribute to and deliver on the site and team culture and engagement plans

About you

• Proven experience in manufacturing environment

• Good understanding of quality system including HACCP and GMP

• Problem solving skills – process-based decision making and conflict solution & excellent communication skill across different stakeholders

• Leadership skill – ability to coach and influence team members

• Computer literacy – experience with Word, Excel, Outlook and automated system – SCADA, iFix,…
