Description:
About the Role:
As the Team Leader for the Commercial hospitality team, you will have daily oversight of our two cafes and the commercial catering service including basic food preparation, packaging, meal delivery and point of sales operations. You will ensure our residents and customers receive quality food and beverages and the highest level of service.
As an experienced hospitality professional, preferably within an aged care, hospital or hotel setting, you will be creative, dynamic, self-motivated and have the leadership skills to empower your team to deliver exceptional customer service every time, and emphasise the importance of food safety standards and quality in everything they do.
This role is full time and requires flexibility to work weekends and evenings for commercial events.

Skills and Experiences:
Key Role Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience in a leadership role within the hospitality industry.
- Working knowledge of Food Safety (HACCP) guidelines and regulations.
- Experience as a Barista and POS (highly desirable).
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.
- Demonstrated ability to manage conflicting priorities.
- Commitment to exceeding customer satisfaction.
- Permanent working rights within Australia
- National Police Clearance
