The Facilities Officer you will be working closely with the Facilities Manager on a range of duties..

**Your new role**

Based in the InnerWest, as the Facilities Officer you will be working closely with the Facilities Manager on a range of duties including, but not limited to:

- meeting contractors on site
- induction of contractors
- reviewing completed works ensuring compliance with scope and relevant BCA's
- approving invoices for payment
- assisting with compiling monthly reports
- creating purchase orders
- liaison with stakeholders to triage reactive maintenance request
- ensure system integrity

**What you'll need to succeed**

To be considered, you will have previous experience in a similar role, have strong interpersonal and communication skills and familiar with Microsoft office
