Client side Facilities Manager based in North Sydney..Single site, must have previous exp in Opex, reactive &
**Your new role**
As the Facilities Manager you will be responsible for a team of onsite maintenance staff, contract management and the management of contractors. Your role will ensure all; reactive and planned maintenance are completed to scope, stakeholder requirement and code.
You will be responsible for ensuring Opex and minor capex works are carried out to budget and time frame, reporting to management and stakeholder engagement.

**What you'll need to succeed**
You will have previous experience in a similar role having had staff management responsibility, previous experience with reporting to senior management and ideally be trade or degree qualified.

**What you'll get in return**
