**About the role**

The Outbound Sales Officer is a role that allows for you to work from home, full-time. On occasion, you will get the opportunity to attend sporting events with our clients, ensuring a positive and engaging customer experience. For this position, we are ideally seeking someone located in Perth. We offer a competitive salary package with uncapped commission.

**Role Responsibilities**
- Outbound sales calls to re-engage dormant customers
- Assist current customer queries via inbound calls
- Occasionally host customers at local and interstate events such as AFL/NRL/Cricket etc.
- Responsible for bringing in additional business
- Travelling occasionally to major sporting events around Australia.

**About You**
- Previous customer service and/or sales experience in an outbound capacity
- Basic understanding of the wagering industry
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel
- Able to adhere to KPIs set by management.
