**Customer Service Officer - Perth, WA**

**BGIS **is currently seeking a proactive and personable **Customer Service Officer **to join our team in **Perth, WA **. Based at the reception desk, you will be the welcoming face of the company, providing top-tier service to guests and employees while supporting various administrative and workplace activities. If you're organized, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet guests with a friendly, professional demeanour and offer beverages.\
- Manage incoming calls, inquiries, and complaints with efficiency.
- Oversee the collection/distribution of mail.
- Ensure tidiness of the external facing areas.
- Manage access card and induction process.
- Ensure stock of stationery, consumables, milk, and coffee is maintained.
- Assist with locker requests, and ad-hoc bookings, such as meeting room, desks etc.
- Conduct workplace inspections as required.
- Collate team meeting minutes, monitor facilities inbox, and support workplace team with reporting and service provider communications.
- Lodge and manage work requests as needed.

**Systems & Administrative Responsibilities**:

- Raise and close work orders, approve purchase orders, and ensure efficient processing.
- Maintain the internal Workplace SharePoint page (Workplace Hub) with up-to-date content.
- Handle workplace communications for internal stakeholders.
- Administer the internal workplace booking tool and ensure smooth operation of booking systems.
- Regularly review and update reception processes for efficiency.
