Your Impact:

• Advise on privacy laws (State, Federal, GDPR) and ensure compliance
• Manage privacy incidents and stakeholder information requests
• Lead Privacy Impact Assessments and collaborate with IT/Cyber teams
• Develop and implement privacy frameworks, policies, and training
• Drive privacy awareness across the organisation
• Contribute to the Security & Privacy Oversight Committee

About You and What You Will Bring:

• Degree or equivalent experience in privacy, law, or compliance
• 3+ years in a privacy-focused role
• Strong knowledge of the Privacy Act 1988, APPs, and GDPR
• Experience managing data breaches and developing privacy frameworks
• Confident communicator with senior stakeholders

Bonus Points For:

• CIPP or CIPM certification
• Experience in the not-for-profitsector

Checks Required:

• National Police Certificate
• Working with Children (Blue Card)
• Child Safety Screening (LCS)
• National Personal Insolvency Check
• Current Drivers Licencen
