**The Opportunity**

**Key responsibilities include**;
- Communicating and, at times, assisting warehouse to dispatch orders.
- Monitoring and managing customers freight.
- Proactively contacting resellers and stockists

**About You**

You will be a great fit if you have:

- Experience in or a strong interest in the automotive industry
- A genuine passion for customer service
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Confidence using computers (training provided for in-house systems)
- A calm, solutions-focused approach to handling customer enquiries
- Excellent attention to detail and pride in your work
- An adaptable, team-oriented mindset
- Flexibility with skills to diversify from your core duties when required
