The Opportunity

We are looking for a positive, experienced, and motivated sales professional to join our tight-knit team. You'll play a key role in delivering exceptional service to our loyal customers, retail and trade alike, across phone, email, online chats, and our on-site showroom.

Key responsibilities include;

  • Serving retail and trade customers via phone, email, online chats and in our showroom.
  • Creating/processing orders by email, phone and in person.
  • Communicating and, at times, assisting warehouse to dispatch orders.
  • Monitoring and managing customers freight.
  • Proactively contacting resellers and stockists

About You

You will be a great fit if you have:

  • Experience in or a strong interest in the automotive industry
  • A genuine passion for customer service
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Confidence using computers (training provided for in-house systems)
  • A calm, solutions-focused approach to handling customer enquiries
  • Excellent attention to detail and pride in your work
  • An adaptable, team-oriented mindset
  • Flexibility with skills to diversify from your core duties when required
