**Technical Sales Representative**

Location: Kilsyth, VIC.

At TIPPA Pty Ltd, we import and distribute high-quality Toyo Ink products for Australia and New Zealand printing industries. We are seeking an experienced Technical Sales Representativeto join our team at our Kilsyth, VIC location in a **full-time position**. In this position, you will leverage technical knowledge to assess client needs and achieve our company’s sales targets.

**Key Tasks & Responsibilities**:

- Developing new business opportunities by identifying potential client and market segments.
- Implementing strategic sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Remaining updated on printing industry trends, acquiring knowledge of competitor activities to leverage sales.
- Conducting regular market analysis to identify region-specific opportunities and challenges for Toyo Ink products.
- Meeting with existing and prospective clients to identify and capitalise on sales opportunities.
- Forming and maintaining client relationships by providing excellent customer service.
- Preparing and maintaining sales reports, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and client feedback to enhance sales activities.
- Consistently evaluating customer needs and providing accurate and knowledgeable recommendations.
- Collaborating closely with the marketing team to ensure that promotional materials and marketing activities are aligned with sales objectives.
- Ensure client satisfaction through post-sales support, addressing any issues or concerns promptly.
- Representing the company at industry events such as conferences and exhibition, showcasing Toyo Ink products.
- Preparing and finalising financial agreements and contracts with clients
- Networking with industry professionals to identify new business opportunities and build long-term relationships.
- Generating and updating lists of current and prospective client contacts.
- Coordinating the delivery of our products and services as required.
- Ensuring strict compliance with company policy and procedures at all times.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar position.
- Exceptional customer-service skills.
- Strong attention to detail.

**Benefits**:
