Our client is seeking a highly motivated major account manager to join their dynamic team. This position requires an experienced professional with experience and a proven track record in managing and growing key customer accounts.
**The Role**:
- Developing and executing account plans to achieve sales targets and market share growth.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers.
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met and clients are engaged
- Monitoring and reporting on market trends, competition, and customer feedback.
- Provide monthly reporting
- Ensuring customer satisfaction and proactively addressing any issues.
- Site Visits and safety plan management.
**About You**:
- Account management experience
- Tertiary education
- An understanding of retail markets
- Passionate and driven
- Excellent MS Office / management software skills
- Conflict management/ business negotiation skills
- Strong presentation
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
