We are hiring a **driven CHILDCARE ADMINISTRATOR** to join our awesome team at Blossoms Childcare Bondi. You must be strong in communication, planning, enthusiastic and self motivated, have great attention to detail and willing to learn and grow in a well-supported environment.
- Childcare management software knowledge and experience
- Experience with operations and childcare practices
- Responsibility for all enrolment enquiries and follow through including managing and updating the wait list on a regular basis
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Great interpersonal and relationship building skills with educators and families
- To be a collaborative team player
- To assist with the preparation of newsletters, communication, formatting letters and forms, social media posts
- Management skills to ensure compliance and maintain with all relevant legislation, policies and records
- To attend staff meetings, internal training courses when required
- NSW Working with Children Check
