**The Opportunity**
We are proud to be partnering with a well known retail brand that is about to enter an exciting growth phase within their business. This a great opportunity for an L&D superstar to develop and implement programs and content to support the development of the leadership team.
As the Learning and Development Consultant, you will be responsible for:
- Creating and facilitating a blended learning approach taking into account the different adult learning principles.
- Partnering with the leadership team to understand where capability gaps lie across the function.
- Liaising with external partners to come up with learning solutions if required.
- Lead and execute learning initiatives that align to the organisational strategy and improve employee performance at all levels.
- Leveraging data and relationships to identify learning gaps, solutions, trends and future opportunities
You will be work alongside the newly appointed GM of P&C and the COO.
- Minimum 3 years applied experience in learning and development
- Proven instructional and/or organisational design experience
- Proven end-to-end experience in learning needs analysis, learning design, facilitation and evaluation
- Experience in developing learning frameworks & pathways
