**About the role**

The Employee Experience team has a strategy of growth in place with a focus on defining our aspirational culture and provide the programs & frameworks to support it.
We have some great foundations in place, and now we are looking for the right people to help run and re-invent our approach to these programs & frameworks to ensure they are enabling our desired culture.
Reporting to the Learning & Development Manager, as part of the L&D Team in People and Culture, this role will work closely and collaborate with Leadership & Capability, Organisational Development, Business Partners, Leaders & SMEs.
The Learning & Development consultant is a crucial part of the ongoing Cbus learning experience and will be responsible for learning and development experiences, design, and facilitation.
**What you'll be accountable for..**
- Develop and promote a learning organisation focused on continuous improvement and people development.
- Design, implement, and evaluate training programs using the ADDIE model.
- Review & uplift the current Cbus employee Induction experience and manage the ongoing Induction training programs.
- Track and measure feedback for continuous improvement of learning programs delivered.
- Manage the LinkedIn Learning activities, reporting, campaigns and promote courses linked to significant dates & capability uplift including performance.
- Deliver impactful L&D programs aligned with the Cbus Learning Strategy.
- Support compliance learning and collaborate with stakeholders on learning requirements.
- Manage Learning Management System (LMS) administration and assist with various L&D administration.
- Maintain and improve learning materials and guidelines.
**What you'll bring to the team...**
- You have proven experience in developing and deploying learning programs.
- You are passionate about providing a great Induction experience to new Cbus employees & will have experience & fresh ideas to enhance our current program.
- Strong ability to build effective relationships at all organisational levels.
- You have strong written and verbal communication skills and are confident in communicating with large groups.
- You have a confident presentation style and ability to promote and facilitate learning initiatives.
- You have experience in building internal capabilities and using the ADDIE model.
- Proficiency in using Learning Management Systems (LMS) like ELMO.
**Skills and Qualifications**
- Degree in a relevant discipline (Desirable).
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
- Experience in LMS administration and use of authoring software like Captivate and Camtasia.
