An opportunity exist right now to join a large organisation that is prominent across retail, wholesale and manufacturing, both here in Australia and in New Zealand.

As Learning and Development Consultant, you will have a busy and varied role.

The primary purpose of the role is to lead, develop and deploy learning

initiatives which help bring our people strategy to life. The role provides facilitation for learning programs and project work that delivers key learning initiatives across a number of key parts of the business.

Initially the role will be heavily involved in the training and development for teams in 2 brand new Distribution Centers, one in Melbourne, the other in Auckland (Yes, this role will require some travel across the ditch - 2 to 3 trips a year)

This will see you involved in programs from induction, skills based modules, through to leadership development.

You will also lend an important voice to the company's broader talent acceleration program, contributing to its' enhancement.

Whilst this role does have a strong facilitation flavor, you will also have the opportunity for some variety.

There will be instructional design work, regularly contributing to modification and improvement of existing programs.

You will also get the opportunity to have involvement in a number of key projects that will likely draw on your broad range of skills.

On top of this, you will be required to engage in other elements such as training needs analysis and reporting.
