We’re seeking an enthusiastic and organised Office Administrator to join our dynamic team. As the highest selling real estate agency on the Upper North Shore, our office environment is fun, fast-paced and filled with positive energy, making it an exciting place to work and grow.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and vendors, ensuring a friendly and professional reception experience.
- Maintain the office calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings and events.
- Assist with preparing and editing various documents, including contracts, reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Process and maintain accurate records of financial transactions, including invoices, expense reports, and payments.
- Monitor office supplies inventory and place orders as needed, ensuring availability of necessary materials.
- Coordinate office maintenance and repairs, liaising with building management and service providers.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant regulations.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and handle it with discretion.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant, or similar administrative role is preferred.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Suite.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data entry, record-keeping, and document preparation.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, including a friendly and professional phone manner.
- Ability to work well independently and collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
- Familiarity with the real estate industry or previous experience in a similar field is desirable.

This role is Monday - Friday inclusive.
