This is a dynamic role working across our Cafe Restaurant as well as our Grocer Coffee Bar. You will have the opportunity to advance your leadership skills and take your career to the next level, while working in a beautiful space with delicious produce and the very loveliest people.

We are committed to offering the highest quality in coffee, tea, wine and more. We work with Dukes Coffee special CIBI roasts, and make many of our teas in house. You will have high potential for creative input and freedom to craft our offering.

This is a service-based role, with responsibility for maintaining and developing our full beverage program and beverage team. You will be comfortable training staff to produce benchmark standard coffee and tea, every time. You will be encouraged to throw yourself into developing new drinks, made in house with local, seasonal produce.

We are looking for an excellent communicator and leader, able to effect menu and procedural changes and provide feedback with kindness to encourage your team. Ideally you will have:

- Minimum 3 years working in coffee, including producing high quality coffee in a fast paced environment;
- Knowledge and interest in wine, beer and food;
- Understanding and a proactive approach to maintaining coffee equipment and stock;
- Proven leadership skills and a drive for personal development.
