What you will be doing

As the State Sales Manager you will be responsible for developing and executing the strategy for Worksmith/Home Grown across Victoria. Your primary goal will be to drive sales growth and exceed targets while fostering a team-oriented environment and maintaining the company culture. You will collaborate with various stakeholders, including venue operators, retailers, and event organizers, to cultivate strong relationships and promote brand expansion within your territory.

Additionally, you will work closely with the Operations and Finance teams to ensure accurate demand forecasting and timely product delivery. By partnering with the Brand & Marketing team, you will identify in-venue activations and other marketing opportunities, elevating the profile and exposure of the Home Grown (and Worksmith) brands.

Furthermore, you will explore key partnership opportunities with establishments such as pubs, restaurants, hotels, retail outlets, and more.

Culture and Benefits

Prerequisites
- In-depth experience in a similar role (ideally 3 years)
- Capability to excel in both on and off premise environments
- Ability to create and execute strategies to meet and exceed the sales targets
- Ability to manage sales funnels using CRM systems (such as Rhino)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Demonstrated ability to consistently achieve or surpass sales targets and drive tangible results.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and thrive in a competitive sales environment.
- Strong problem-solving ability and analytical skills
