As our Head Barista, you will lead Dua’s coffee program, bringing your passion for specialty coffee to one of Melbourne’s most vibrant creative precincts. This role is about more than just making coffee - you’ll be the face of our coffee culture, crafting exceptional beverages, training and inspiring a team, and delivering excellent customer service. You'll elevate our menu with your expertise, and create a positive working environment for your team.

What we’re looking for:

- Minimum 2 years specialty coffee experience + 1 year leadership experience.
- Confident in your ability to train your team, and cultivate a positive work culture.
- Strong communication skills and reliability.
- Passion for customer service and creating memorable experiences.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
