**About the role
This position is required to work across the intensive care unit ensuring a high level of patient focused customer service is provided.
The position is required to work within a multidisciplinary team and provide administrative support to clinicians as required.
About you
Provide a high level of administrative support within a multidisciplinary team ensuring business needs are met to a high standard.
Exercise judgment and discretion in undertaking various tasks whilst being responsible for the quality of work undertaken.
Make use of available information systems recognising decision making in clinical and management settings depends on accurate, timely, relevant, complete, concise, and readily accessible information.
Manage workload appropriately; prioritising tasks, ensuring work is completed within designated timeframes.
Work autonomously with mínimal supervision and participate as a positive member within a multidisciplinary team while displaying strong work ethics.
Provide assistance to other staff/departments to ensure priority tasks are completed and deadlines are met.
Provide ethical decision making in the achievement of departmental / organisational goals.
Clear understanding of the Queensland Health Code of Conduct to ensure responses and inquiries from internal and external clients are met ensuring confidentiality is maintained.
