**About the Assignment**

This role is part of a centralised Financial Services team that provides specialist finance SAP services to all finance operations across Santos.

Specifically, this position will:

- Work with key Finance stakeholders to analyse core business processes in order to design and implement UiPath RPA (Robotic Process Automation) solutions that will deliver efficiency and productivity gains.
- Assist the Senior Financial Analyst with UiPath Orchestrator to monitor, schedule and co-ordinate the actions of numerous processes over multiple servers.
- Creatively think around issues and problems to drive improvement projects to optimise system performance.
- Assist with SAP Master Data including automating and monitoring integrity checks and compliance with core master data governance rules.
- Assist Month End team members to automate checks to prevent issues as they relate to month end processes particularly JV cutback and WBS Project settlements.
- Assist with monthly reporting requirements including dashboards and KPI reporting.
- Assist with key projects within Financial Services and the team to help automate and improve master data, processes and manual tasks.
- Deliver solutions for mass data requirements such as external audits and reconciliation purposes.
- Analyse and help deliver solutions to improve reporting and the availability of data to end users based on requirements particularly with multiple data sources.
- Develop and help implement training programs for end-users to ensure the efficient and effective use of the system.
- Willingness to investigate and learn new automation and data analytic tools.

**About You**

To be successful in this role you will have the following key skills and experience:

- 5+ years professional experience in Finance, IT or a related discipline
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance or Information Systems
- Experience with automation/ data analytic tools or robotics
- Strong problem solving and strong analytical skills
- Demonstrated skills at an advanced level with Microsoft Excel
