About the role

We're inviting a Risk Analyst to enrich our Resilience and Risk function, an individual who places high regard on values and enjoys driving change as much as risk management. Your main focal points will include coordinating risk information gathering and overseeing our enterprise risk software system.

Under the direction of the Head of Resilience, Risk and Insurance and as part of the broader Corporate Governance Team, consisting of risk, compliance and legal professionals; you'll have a key role to play in advancing risk maturity, including supporting contemporary resilience initiatives.

**Responsibilities**:

- Overseeing Elder’s enterprise risk software system, optimising its capabilities and collecting essential risk information.
- Facilitating risk assessments with senior leadership and executive
- Generating crucial insights and reports that will reinforce strategic decision-making across Elders.

About You
- Outstanding interpersonal skills with an ability to foster strong relationships
- Pragmatic, energetic, with a readiness to drive change
- Commitment to high ethical standards, strong team ethic, and a values-driven approach
- Confidence in providing guidance
- Qualification and/or experience in Risk Management, Change Management, Law, or a related field
- Interest or experience in managing digital programs and software (desirable)
- Familiarity with Australian agriculture, possibly through work experience or a farming background (desirable)
