**The Role**

The **Reporting & Compliance Analyst **will play an integral part working with the Head of Operations Service Centre, Team Managers and Team Leaders to analyse the performance of the Operations Centre across contact centre functions and vendor engagement.

Using a flexible and adaptable approach the responsibilities include:

- Collating and analysing data to identify trends and issues.
- Developing and maintaining a sound understanding of helpdesk operations to effectively analyse performance and suggest improvement.
- Contributing to business growth by providing input on best practice and industry benchmarks.
- OHS & E policies and procedures are met and maintained by all stakeholders.

**Skills and Experience**
- The ability to understand, analyse, interpret, and report on property/facility and financial information and trends, with experience in the development, analysis and reporting of complex KPI’s.
- Interpretive skills - converting data to information to identify and recommend opportunities.
- Data mining, SQL, API integrations, and Power BI (essential).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

**Desirable**
- Qualifications in Business, Data Science, Mathematics or Engineering.
- Experience in a related role.
