**Service Delivery Manager - Brisbane**

Charter Care Services is a premium values-based registered NDIS service provider. We prioritise working closely with our participants as we assist them to enjoy their best lives possible in their own homes and communities.

Our teams provide support to NDIS participants across South
- East Queensland 24/7 through individualised support service delivery including clinical and personal care, at home support, community participation, and innovative activities.

We work with a broad spectrum of disabilities including spinal injuries, high intensity support, and offer a range of SIL and SDA accommodation options.

Due to ongoing growth, we are now seeking an - **Exceptional Service Delivery Managers.**

- Client service: _Everything is always about providing service - client-centric and within budget.
- Managing Teams:_ Building loyal, skilled, and committed, multi-disciplinary teams with capacity and capability.
- Operations: _Identifying efficiencies across departments, leading in compliance and risk management improvements. Managing budgets, relationships and resources.
- Industry knowledge: _Nothing beats on the ground experience, combined with deep working knowledge of the contemporary Australian disability (NDIS) and aged care at home sectors.
- Business Development: _You will have success, know-how and be driven - to build and deliver the Charter Care Service vision and experience through innovative, thoughtful, and relevant marketing initiatives.
- Mandatory requirements:_
- Demonstrated skills and leadership experience within the NDIS sector. (min 5 years)
- Experience implementing and reporting on Behaviour Support Plans
- Blue and Yellow cards
- National Police Check (within six months)
- Driver’s License and access to a reliable vehicle
- Relevant tertiary qualifications
- If successful, you can expect to negotiate a generous salary package._

Pay: $85,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
