**Your Role**
As part of our management team, the Business Services Manager (BSM) will lead and manage the performance of the Business Services Team within AGE Consultants, to deliver operational activities related to the business’ systems, services and processes. You will develop, implement, and maintain standard operating procedures and policies to maintain business compliance, mitigate risks and improve customer experience.
Managing competing priorities in a growing business, you will work closely alongside the Business Services team contributing to the team’s delivery of the following functions:
- Business governance, systems and processes.
- Onboarding / off-boarding
- ERP system administration and backend maintenance
- Implementation of HSEQ documentation and compliance activities
- Coordination of travel and training requirements (e.g First Aid Training etc)
- Governance documentation
- General business administration responsibilities
While taking a hands-on approach to day-to-day operations, you will coach and nurture an exceptional team of four Business Services team members, building capability across the organisation and empowering them to continually advance their skills.
This is a permanent, full-time role that is available now, as part of our ongoing organisational advancement and growth strategy.
**About You**

By being directly involved in daily operations, you will demonstrate a strong commitment to the success of the team and its objectives. As a confident leader, and relationship builder, you will encourage engagement and motivation at all levels in the business. Experience and/or qualifications in change management would be advantageous.
To be successful in this role, you will need

- A mature, innovative approach to solving problems and managing change
- A Bachelor of Business / Business Administration / Commerce (or similar) with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar team leadership role
- Demonstrable commercial acumen, including HSEQ, governance and risk management
- Comprehensive ERP (or multifaceted CRM) software management skills
- A strong reliable internet connection if you choose to work from home as part of our hybrid working arrangements policy
- The ability to manage multiple, competing priorities, under pressure
- Experience in coaching, training and performance management
