**About the Role**:
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Wholesale Administration Assistant to support our Wholesale team in delivering a seamless customer experience. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of wholesale operations, assisting with data entry, order processing, and communication between internal departments and external partners.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide administrative support to the Wholesale team, including data entry, document preparation, and filing.
- Assist with order processing, tracking, and ensuring accurate and timely dispatch of wholesale orders.
- Maintain and update wholesale databases, stock lists, and price lists.
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics partners to ensure orders are fulfilled correctly and efficiently.
- Assist with preparing sales materials, look books, line sheets, and wholesale packs as needed.
- Support the onboarding process for new wholesale accounts, including account setup and document collection.
- Monitor stock levels and liaise with relevant teams to ensure product availability for wholesale customers.
- Assist in generating reports and summaries for sales and stock performance.
- Help coordinate seasonal campaigns, showings, and wholesale events.

**Skills & Experience**:

- Previous experience in an administrative or sales support role, ideally within a wholesale or retail environment.
- Strong organisational skills and a high level of attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel); experience with wholesale platforms (e.g., JOOR, NuORDER) is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive and solutions-focused attitude with a genuine interest in the fashion/retail industry.
