Join our incredible Artisanal Design Client as their Wholesale Assistant in their Marrickville office.

This is a newly developed role that will see you report to the Wholesale Operations Manager and work closely with the sales support agencies to achieve growth outstanding results in the wholesale department.

In this full-time position, you will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with the wholesale partners of the brand and will bring an advanced understanding of Excel to the position

- Excel - Intermediate to advanced

**Key Responsibilities**
- Coordinate with customers to ensure timely delivery of products
- Prepare shipping documents and arrange for shipments
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints
- Provide support to wholesale account managers
- Weekly ATS reports
- Weekly Shipping reports
- To increase sales and profits for the company by providing excellent customer service and support to wholesale clients
- To develop strong, long-lasting relationships with wholesale customers through outstanding communication and customer service
- To provide administrative support to the wholesale department, including order processing, invoicing, and shipments
- To maintain accurate records of all wholesale transactions and communicate effectively with other departments within the company to ensure timely and efficient order fulfilment
- To contribute to a positive, professional work environment by exhibiting a high level of teamwork, cooperation, and respect for others

- Through outstanding customer service - maintain healthy relationships with customers, suppliers and the internal team
- Sales Orders well maintained and keyed in a timely manner
- Reports distributed by due dates
- Timely deliveries to customers
