**The Brand**

**The Role**
- Supporting our Internal US Sales Team, External US Agents & US Wholesale accounts with in season information to drive sales.
- Nurturing key account relationships with highly proactive customer service and sales support, along with clear and accurate brand / trade communication.
- Providing performance-based suggestions to accounts to help facilitate sales.
- Assisting with seasonal launches by creating & maintaining seasonal linesheets in Joor
- Maintaining replenishment linesheets in Joor to ensure accurate SOH data
- Providing sales agents with weekly reporting - Unshipped reports, Delivery Schedules and SOH reports
- Providing reporting on replenishment order performance to the business to help capture further opportunity and highlight risks.
- Assisting customers in building their seasonal buy by ensuring they have all information needed.
- Provide the business with weekly Sell Through and Trade Performance reporting made available through key account portals.
- Sales order creation and management, ensuring optimal allocations & open order accuracy.
- Daily maintenance of orders in AP21 including back orders and completing short shipments
- Management of accurate inbound and outbound EDI files for major customers.
- Maintaining customer portals, uploading of images and brand / style information.
- Financial reconciliation of cancellations, credits and rebates.
- Monitoring customer fulfilment rates and ensuring timely pick run exports to facilitate on time delivery of orders.
- Scheduling weekly shipments, referencing due dates and allocations
- Working with external Vendor programs to input PO information, styles and shipment data for Key accounts
- Generating customer specific shipment labels & tickets to meet requirements for Key Accounts
- Approving and monitoring orders through Joor platform
- Liaising with Sales, Marketing, Finance and Logistics to ensure account data is maintained and updated and customer requests are managed accordingly.
- Ensuring customer account details are updated and accurate in Customer Maintenance.
- Ensure a high standard of efficiency in customer service is delivered with a can-do attitude that is accommodating and supportive but also commercial, to maximise both sales and relationships.
- To enhance the level of communication with our partners, providing them with consistent and relevant business information.
- Creating and maintaining positive and close relationships with designated accounts, providing proactive advice to assist them in maximising sell through performance and overall business performance.
- Ensuring designated accounts are carrying the correct stories/styles and are stocked appropriately to maximise sales.
