Sydney Fish Market is working exclusively with Curtis Partnership to find a Customer Service/ Administration Assistant to join their team.
**Duties and Responsibilities**:
The Customer Service/ Administration Assistant will act as the first point of contact for customers and visitors.
**Duties include**:
**Database**: tracking all CRM events and updating database
**Stakeholder Management**: communicating customer feedback to various business units
**Administration & Accounts**: preparing customer-related reports, reporting on client accounts, entering charges, and reconciling costs
**Ad hoc**: assisting in travel coordination, keeping office tidy, managing internal room bookings Skills & Experience:
Customer service centric mindset
Excellent verbal and written communications
Strong attention to detail
