Dowell Windows has an excellent opportunity for a vibrant and driven Service Coordinator to supervise the day-to-day running of our Service department. Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for supervising staff, monitoring and achieving accurate scheduling of works for our warranty and repair works.

Your key responsibilities in the role will include but are not limited to:

- Supervising staff and providing feedback on scheduling issues
- Responding to customer queries regarding service work
- Coordinating job schedules and bookings
- Organising site glazing via the V6 system
- Following up on order details with stakeholders of the business
- Identifying and implementing job training for employees
- Maintaining accurate record-keeping
- Continuously finding new ways to improve systems and efficiencies

You will have:

- Previous team leader experience is an advantage, but not necessary
- Ability to coach and mentor staff to perform their best
- Great verbal & written communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and juggle tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Be resilient and an out-of-the-box problem solver
- High levels of initiative to work autonomously and in a team
- Good attention to the little details
- Sound Knowledge in Microsoft Excel, Word, Access, Outlook
