**About the Role**

We are seeking **Behaviour Support Practitioners** for our growing Liverpool and Canterbury teams. You’ll play a vital role in developing and delivering **Positive Behaviour Support (PBS)** plans to improve the quality of life for clients, and to reduce behaviours of concern.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct functional behaviour assessments (FBAs)
- Develop, implement, and review interim and comprehensive Behaviour Support Plans (BSPs)
- Work closely with families, support coordinators, and other allied health team members
- Submit reports and plans via the NDIS Commission portal
- Ensure compliance with NDIS Commission Positive Behaviour Support Capability Framework

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Eligible as a **Core or Proficient Behaviour Support Practitioner** under NDIS
- Relevant degree in Psychology, Behavioural Science, Occupational Therapy, Social Work, or similar
- Experience supporting people with disabilities or complex needs
- Strong report writing and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Current WWCC, NDIS Worker Screening Check, and valid driver’s licence

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
