**The Team**

As part of the Legal Service Operations team you will support our Document Automation Consultants in delivering and managing services associated with document automation.

**The Role**

A permanent opportunity working as a Document Automation Consultant in our Legal Service Operations team is available in either our Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane office with hybrid working arrangements available. In this role you will work with both the Legal Service Operations team and broader legal teams to deliver automated solutions.

In this role you will have the opportunity to:

- Become a DocuSign champion and support the creation and delivery of DocuSign templates
- Collaborate with peers to provide automated solutions to enhance end user experiences.
- Effectively communicate across a national team.
- Ability to quickly grasp new technologies and products.
- Utilise an immense array of knowledge in the core Microsoft office suite to develop and automate solutions.
- Develop automated document solutions using a variety of 3rd party products.

- High level of Microsoft Word & Excel functionality
- An understanding of low code platforms
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Collaborative in nature who is a team player
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering excellence
- Experience in DocuSign envelope creation
- Proactive and Innovative thinker
