**Job Description**:
Rockwell Automation is hiring
We are looking for a **Sales Administrator** to be based in our Brisbane, Queensland office.
The Sales Administrator is responsible for providing effective support to the Territory Manager and the Sales Team for all administrative requirements. Maintain local facility, support local and regional staff. Assist with daily company requirements and requests from other company units as needed.
**Responsibilities**:
- Provide general administrative support to the Territory Manager, Sales Team and local Business Units.
- Coordinate and maintain calendar meetings, conference calls and events
- Manage and arrange travel, visas and expense claims
- Participate in weekly sales meetings and minutes for actions items and circulate as needed
- Support sales team with Microsoft 365 platforms, including Dynamics, OneNote & Team
- Maintain SAP / Dynamics CRM Databases, including dashboards and quarterly data cleanses
- Assist sales team with qualifying sales leads into sales opportunities and funnel to meet AOP
- Assist sales with identifying target contacts as part of marketing campaigns (such as Consultant lists, IT Contacts, etc.) using LinkedIn and/or telephone contact.
- Generate BI funnel reports when required
- Assist and compile monthly execution reviews, quarterly business reviews, forecasting and annual kick off presentations AOP planning as required
- Assist with the customer management mailbox, including creating new accounts, providing account details to other departments and distributors
- Maintain sales team SharePoint site or equivalent.
- Support training programs coordinated by Competency Centre and assist where required
- Assist in preparation of company secretarial andother documents
- Deliver and maintain professional relationships with Internal and External clients.
- Complete and support master data tasks
- Coordinate the site operations such as reception, cleaning, security, car parking, hygiene services, pest control, first aid supplies, contract maintenance and waste management, and ensure they are operating efficiently and effectively to meet customer services requirements/standards
- Create purchase orders and code invoices for management approval where needed
- Purchase items for staff and facility as required
- Business cards, PPE equipment, stationary and IT equipment and accessories
- Adherence to all OHS / ISO requirements for the company
- Manage and maintain customer portals with company insurances, ISO standard certificates, Field service site specific training, license and qualifications renewals
- Partake in the marketing process for local and regional events as directed by the marketing department.
- Assist other company areas within capabilities
- Book and record outgoing demo gear, liaise with clients/ staff on returns
- Assist with the onboarding/ Departure of local staff, including mobile phones, fleet vehicles, etc.
- Arrange local and international pickups and deliveries of goods and equipment
- Ensure compliance to Ethics, Standards of Business Conduct, other RA policies and the relevant government regulations in the geography.
