Alliance Automation is seeking a highly skilled Senior OT Engineering Consultant to join our National OT Team and be based in the Brisbane Office. This role offers the opportunity to lead the delivery of advanced industrial automation solutions, leveraging expertise in SCADA, PLC, and secure networked control systems. You will play a key role in designing, implementing, and supporting mission-critical systems across a range of industries.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead client consultations to define technical requirements and scope
- Architect, develop, and commission high-quality OT solutions aligned with industry best practices
- Ensure project delivery meets high standards of quality, security, and timeliness
- Provide ongoing technical support and mentorship within the team
- Champion a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement

Technical Expertise:

- Advanced understanding of network design and configuration, including legacy protocols
- Experience with virtualisation platforms and hypervisor architecture
- Proficiency in Windows domain services, DNS, patching, and account management
- Strong knowledge of firewall configuration and OS hardening principles

Ideal Candidate Profile:

- Technically driven with a proactive and analytical mindset
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Demonstrated leadership in complex engineering environments
- Current Australian Driver’s Licence
