**The Team**

Our Legal Service Operations team are focussed on developing and implementing document automation for high volume transactions. As the volume of work is increasing, we need a proactive team member who can collaborate with the team to support document automation to new clients and business units using our established processes and tools.

**The Role**

A permanent opportunity working as a Document Automation Specialist in our Legal Service Operations team is available in either our Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane office with hybrid working arrangements available. In this role you will support both the Legal Service Operations team and broader legal teams to deliver technology and precedent solutions tailored to specific client needs.

In this role you will have the opportunity to:

- Production and Maintenance of correspondence, forms and documentation in Word;
- Ensure the formatting of all documentation conforms to the firm's standards;
- Provide technical support to internal clients;
- Deliver document automation and document testing;
- Provide post implementation support as required.

**More About You**
- Advanced word processing skills including formatting and styles in Microsoft Word 2013/2016
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Collaborative in nature who is a team player
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering excellence
- Understanding of low code platforms with a logical mindset
- Experience using HotDocs or other document automation software is desirable but not essential, as training will be provided.
- Proactive and Innovative thinker
