**Salary: $62,000.00 - $70,000.00 plus super per year (Full-Time)**
**Work Location: In person (Partial WFH after 1-3-month trial period, if desired)**
**The Role**:
We are looking for a client Services Officer to join our team on a part-time basis. You will play a crucial role in our business, assisting our advisers in delivering exceptional advice to our valued clients. You will be working together with three other admin support persons plus paraplanners.
**Duties**:
- Preparation of review meetings and processing/delegation of post meeting requirements including FDS.
- First point of contact with our clients’ incoming calls, scheduling appointments, and calendar management.
- Project manage bulk client communications and innovative technology integrations into the business.
- Lodging of revenue.
- Assist senior management with our brand building, monthly client communication & website management.
- Work closely with senior partner, associate adviser & other team members in delivering high quality financial services & client engagement outcomes.
**Key Requirements**:
- **2-3 Years min experience** in either Financial Planning, Financial Services, Risk Insurance, or a Banking Financial Services industry background.
- XPLAN experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word & Excel.
- Knowledge of the Australian Financial Services Landscape.
- Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent client services manner and a proactive and positive personality.

**Salary**: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year **Pro Rata Up to 30 hrs.** ( **Starting** )
