**About the Role**

In this role you’ll be reporting to the Program Director and support the safe deliverable of major renewable projects. As an active leadership member of the Asset Development and Construction team, you’ll be contributing to the team by managing the end-to-end commercial and contract management cycle of multiple multi-million-dollar contracts.

**Your day-to-day**
- Manage the end-to-end commercial and contract management of multiple multi-million-dollar contracts from FID through construction and handover to Operations valued at more than $1b dollars.
- Serve as the point of contact for Asset Development and Construction on strategic or high value post-award contractual matters, working with key stakeholders and SMEs across the business to provide guidance and recommendations on project contract matters to Program Director, Projects Directors, Head of Project Controls, Head of Contracts & Commercial and other Origin personnel.
- Review and recommendation of Extension of Time and disruption claims (potentially valued in the tens of millions of dollars) associated with contractor interface and delayed deliverables provided from Origin.
- Management of significant scope, variation and interface risk associated with split contract delivery model.
- Lead the contracts team across the management and negotiation of contract claims, including variations, defect rectification (warranty) etc.

**Is this you?**
- Degree or qualification in Quantity Surveying, Commercial or business
- Masters in Law or Arbitration
- Minimum of 10 years of experience managing contracts valued over $100m.
- Exceptional knowledge of renewables and/or storage projects.
- Demonstrated and exceptional stakeholder engagement and management experience.
