POsition SUmmary

This position is responsible for growing the nVent CADDY Electrical & Seismic Bracing businesses by working with end users and channel in the electrical and fire segments, coordinating with direct and/or indirect sales resources and partners. The position is Sydney based, and responsible for the Oceania region with direct sales reports, combined with a direct selling responsibility within the NSW and NZ territory. The primary focus of the position will be to forward our CADDY Electrical and Seismic Bracing product solutions, developing new business, end users (contractor and specifier) and channel.
- Key role responsibilities
- Achieve sales goals for targeted product lines of CADDY Electrical and CADDY Seismic Bracing by ensuring commitment and capability from direct sales teams and/or channel partners.
- Assist sales resources and as needed act directing in closing strategic opportunities and managing important customer relationships
- Assist in the development of large/strategic sales opportunities, and maintain high-level relationships with key accounts and/or top channel partners
- Act as VOC conduit between the field and support functions
- Coordinate region selling activities (e.g. new product launch, account assignment, ongoing customer needs)
- Actively communicate competitive feedback and market dynamics internally to help further improve solution set and refine message
- qualifications and experience
- Relevant Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or similar qualifications and/or experience.
- Experience in working with large Consultants, Contractors, end users preferred.
