**About the role**

As the Volunteer Officer, your role is to support the development, delivery and evaluation of volunteer programs, initiatives, partnerships and support tools. This role has a particular focus on volunteer support tools, including implementation of Parks Victoria's online volunteer management system, ParkConnect, providing support to both staff and volunteers.

**We're looking for someone with**:

- Demonstrated experience managing volunteer programs and working collaboratively to achieve shared outcomes
- Demonstrated experience using a management database eg. CRM
- Relevant tertiary qualification would be desirable
- A current Resume
- A cover letter
