This is a unique opportunity for an individual who understands the importance of high level customer service.
This is a Part Time position and is the first point of contact for our valued Guests, either in person or over the phone. It's exciting position goes beyond the role of Receptionist / Concierge as it requires you to give service beyond expectations to all our valued guests.
**You will be working Monday, Thursday, Friday and Saturdays, across multiple dealerships all located on Wirraway Road in Essendon Fields.**
**About the role**:
- Permanent Part Time
- Managing inbound phone calls
- Accurate recording and relaying of messages
- Meeting and greeting guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Monitoring the flow of dealership floor traffic
- General house keeping
- Preparing various reports
- Logging all sales enquiries and floor traffic
- Booking service appointments
- Preparing repair orders and updating Guests' details including data recording and monitoring the flow of dealership floor traffic
**Do you have?**
- Previous reception/concierge experience
- Saturday availability
- An approachable and positive personality
- Excellent attention to detail and professional personal presentation
- Professional and engaging telephone manner
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Proven ability to build rapport and foster successful relationships
