**Virtual Receptionist (Casual) | Melbourne**

**Reports to**: General Manager - Services (Hub Connect)

**Start date**: Immediate

**Location**: Head Office at Hub Collins Street

**Employment type**: Casual

**Ordinary hours of work**: Varying times and days between Monday - Friday, 9am - 6pm. Minimum 3 hours per shift.

**Salary**: To be discussed at interview stages. Base rates are in addition to 25% Casual Loading (Superannuation and rates above are in accordance with requirements to current awards and legislation).

**Your Role**:
As a Casual Virtual Receptionist, you will mainly support our Customer Support Coordinators in creating a smooth and memorable experience for our members.

**Responsibilities**:

- Areas for which you will be responsible are:_
- Variety of administrative tasks to support to the Hub Team
- Answer and manage incoming phone calls through our telephone system in a professional and personable manner, following tailored processes for Hub Australia and Virtual Office members
- Embody the Hub values of Collaborative, Adaptable, Resourceful, Accountable & Beyond Profit.
- Follow Hub customer experience guidelines to ensure a memorable and consistent Hub experience with each guest or member engagement

**About you**:

- Previous reception, administration or concierge experience.
- Customer service focused, always willing to go above and beyond for members,
- Team first attitude, but also happy to work independently when needed.
- Flexible to work weekdays (Monday - Friday) shifts will be varied depending on operational needs.
