**About the job**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Maintain and manage project documentation, ensuring records are complete, accurate, and upto-date.
- Schedule and coordinate project meetings, including preparing agendas, meeting minutes, and follow-up actions.
- Tools Administration: Manage and provide support for project management software, such as Jira, Trello, MS Project, or other tools.
- Process Enhancement: Identify opportunities to improve project delivery processes and implement best practices. Identify inefficiencies or gaps in current workflows and recommend solutions.
- Tracking Risks and Issues: Maintain logs of risks and issues, ensuring they are actively monitored and resolved.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Act as a liaison between project teams, technical teams, and business units to ensure alignment.
- Metrics Collection: Gather and analyze project performance metrics, such as KPIs and resource utilization. Generate reports and analytics on project performance, risks, and resource utilization.

**About you**:

- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Project Manager/Coordinator or PMO Administrator.
- Minimum 4 years as software developer.
- Good working knowledge of project management and reporting approach and tools (MS Office Suite, MS Project, Jira/Asana/Smartsheet, Power BI, DevOps, Power Automate, ServiceNow).
- Creativity and attention to detail.
- Highly organised and with an ability to prioritise and multitask.
- Good general IT and Computer skills.
