The Star is in an exciting time of transformation, we are seeking an experienced Change Manager based in Sydney on a 12 month maximum term contract to support our business through process, system, and behavioural changes.

**About your new role**

This vital role will enable projects to meet business objectives by focusing on the people side of change, specifically this will involve:

- Developing and executing targeted change management plans, strategies and roadmaps, covering communication, engagement and training.
- Working to enable fast adoption and proficiency of changes impacting employees to ensure that business results are achieved
- Supporting the execution of plans by managers and business leaders.
- Working with project managers to incorporate change management activities into all projects with business impacts.
- Assist in the delivery of Post Implementation Reviews (PIRs).

**To be successful in this role you will have**:

- Demonstrated experience in embedding, monitoring and measuring large scale change is essential.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in change management, project management, business or equivalent work experience.
- Industry recognised certifications in CMI certification and CM methodology are highly advantageous.
- Previous experience working as a change manager within a project environment.
- Change experience on complex projects, large scale change programs, impacted teams and working through difficult high-pressure situations is highly desirable.
- Experience managing relationships with internal business customers and external providers.
